Services. LV Road Tech Assistance, LLC provides Semi Truck Towing, Trailer Repair, Load Adjustment Service, Fleet Maintenance and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Cap on Damages. Liability of LV Road Tech Assistance, LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify LV Road Tech Assistance, LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Updates. LV Road Tech Assistance, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
